What Are The Shipping Costs? To make shopping with us more enjoyable, we aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Our shipping charges within the UK are £2.99 on orders less than £50.00 within the UK and free for orders over £50.00.

EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD: International Signed for Airmail: £10.50. Enjoy the extra security of the International Signed for Airmail service and insurance cover in case of loss.

We process your orders instantly and ship it on the same day where possible, however, on certain products delivery can take up to 10-15 business days. We will notify you by email and you can track your order on our website when you login to your account. Items which are out of stock at the time of order will be placed on backorder with our weekly deliveries. Delivery times for backordered items vary per designer listed below:

Sensual Mystique - 3 - 10 working days
Roxana Exclusive - 1-5 working days
Sex Toys - 1-5 working days
(Please note in rare circumstances please allow up to a maximum of 28 working days for out of stock items)

Lingerie delivery is generally fraught with delays. In order to provide you with the most up to date collections and have access to all sizes and colours, Sensual Mystique stock is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. This minimises delays so that you can receive your item quicker.

All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (postage and packaging costs are non refundable).

Returns conditions:

1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Notice is given that free offers and our postage and packaging costs will be accounted for if returned goods take the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery policy.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to lingerielicious.co.uk within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).

lingerielicious.co.uk can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

Material on lingerielicious.co.uk may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way. Use of lingerielicious.co.uk constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
