Question: Who can use the MyTenring?

Answer: The MyTenring is suitable for almost all men, whether they have an erection problem or not. Question: Why are there four sizes of the MyTenring and not one size fits all, as some manufacturers supply?

Using a penis ring that is too tight will not only be uncomfortable, but could lead to damaged skin tissue. Conversely a ring which doesn't provide the correct constriction force will not provide maximum erectile potential.

Question: How do I know which size ring to order?

Answer: Measure around the base of the erect penis shaft where the ring will be situated in use. The dimension required is the girth/circumference measured in millimetres. Use the measurement table which can be found in the MyTenring shop to select the appropriate ring size. If your girth/circumference measurement is on the borderline of the next ring size down or up, we would strongly suggest you opt for the smaller of the two options.

Question: Can I use the MyTenring without a vacuum pump?

Answer: Yes, providing that you are capable of obtaining some degree of natural erection you can use the MyTenring on its own. For those who have have difficulty in gaining an erection we would suggest using the MyTenring vacuum pump system, which ideally complements the MyTenring rings.

Question: I already have a medical grade penile vacuum pump, can I use it in conjunction with your rings?

Answer: Yes we have tested our rings with many medical vacuum pump systems, and this is not a problem.

Question: What is a penile vacuum pump?

Answer: Penile vacuum pumps have been on the market for many years and briefly consists of a tube with a seal at the base and some form of pump which creates a vacuum around the penis in order to create an erection. The use of a ring such as the MyTenring is then slid over the tube onto the base of the penis such that when the vacuum is removed and the tube removed the ring maintains the erection.
